These domains require prior verification and take a maximum of 24 hours to be registered. ".gob.es" domains are reserved for the Public Law entities and Spanish Public Administrations. The right to use an ".es" domain may be transferred in accordance with current regulations. When the trade name or trademark associated with the domain is transferred on a voluntary basis. The owner or a fully authorised represenative of the ".es" domain must send a notification of acceptance of the transfer for the right to use the ".es" domain, along with a photocopy of their identification document.
